EVALUATING TIME FOR LABOR

Time to work!

  • The Client and the Event Designer together will consult to determine the time of labor needed to perform custom services such as placing linens, tableware, napkins, and decorative items at  receptions or event .

  • Placement of decorative items at the ceremony such as pew, aisle, front of ceremony or entrance. Placement of items such as guest book and unity ceremony items (candle, sand, tree planting etc)

  • Removal of ceremony and reception/event decorative items can be included.

PLACEMENT OF DECORATIVE ITEMS AT THE CEREMONY

Everything in place

Examples are as follows: Pews or chairs, aisle decor, front of ceremony or entrance decorations, guest book, unity ceremony items (candle, sand, tree planting etc)

REMOVAL OF CEREMONY & RECEPTION ITEMS

Perfectly clean

If time is permitted or contracted upfront, we can help breakdown items or prepare them for removal.

EXTRAS

Last little details

With purchase of the Gold Service Directing/Coordinating package we also included an Event designer to attend an one hour consultation walk through at the venue one month prior to the event.
